Real Estate Litigation
On the litigation side, Mr. Pappas has prosecuted and defended cases for breach of
commercial and residential leases, and pursued claims by homeowners for defects which
were not disclosed upon purchase. Mr. Pappas has represented clients in wrongful foreclosure
proceedings, and litigated over the terms of real estate purchase and sale agreements, including
deposit forfeiture issues.
