Contract negotiation, drafting and review
Mr. Pappas has drafted and/or provided advice on a wide variety of contract forms, including business purchase
agreements, reseller, distribution, supply and sale agreements, loan agreements and promissory notes, stock sale
and subscription agreements, employment and independent contractor agreements, purchase order forms
(including warranty limitations and waivers), service agreements, software "shrinkwrap" licenses, website
consents, construction contracts, leases, and letters of intent.
