Mr. Pappas has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in numerous automobile accident personal injury actions,
ranging from the capsizing and explosion of a double-tanker gasoline truck to minor fender benders. However, Mr. Pappas
no longer represents individuals suffering purely from "soft-tissue" injuries unsupported by physical evidence such as
MRI's (typically these are whiplash cases), because the insurance companies have made it virtually impossible for injured
parties in such cases to obtain a recovery for their pain, suffering and emotional distress with any kind of money left
